Narlas Privacy and Security Policy

Narlas Boutique Ltd takes the whole issue of privacy very seriously and because of this our Company Privacy Statement for aspects of the business in relation to the general public is outlined below.

We only collect sufficient information in order to provide you with the Service and in this respect the information falls into the following categories:

  • information to enable you to pay for the Service
  • information to enable us to communicate with you about the Service

We have a policy of not sharing information with any other 3rd party organisations. We do, however, use the information to inform you of upgrades and enhancements to the Service.

You can also choose to receive information via Narlas newsletters, notifying you of important changes to our site or offering you special promotions. These communications are designed to enhance your experience as a Narlas customer and will always contain an unsubscribe option.

When you order, we will require your name, email address, credit / debit card number, card expiry date, issue number if applicable and three digit security number. Without this information we would not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order. Your credit card details are not retained by us once the transaction is complete.

Protection of Customer Information
In accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1984 we adopt the strict procedures for storage and protection of personal data to prevent unauthorised access. Because of these measures customers may be asked for proof of identity when contacting us.

Cookies
Our cookies do not contain any personal information about you - they are used only to temporarily store the contents of your basket before you checkout and are deleted when an order is made.

Your use of this website signifies your consent to the collection processing and use of personal information by us for the purpose of administering and dealing with your order or account, market research, processing your payments, credit reference checking and fraud detection, and for marketing purposes as outlined above.
